My XP Balance Is Not Updating
If your XP balance appears incorrect or has not updated:
Refresh your JPG Store profile page to ensure the latest data is displayed.
Check if XP earning is active – currently, XP earning is paused, and no new XP is being generated.
Verify past transactions – If XP was previously earned, it should be displayed in your Rewards Dashboard.

My XP Is Missing After Wallet Migration
If you've restored a wallet and your XP is missing note that XP is permanently tied to the original wallet that earned it.
