What Is $JPG?

$JPG is the native token associated with JPG Store on the Cardano blockchain. It was introduced as part of the XP Rewards system, where users could convert earned XP into $JPG.


What Can I Do with $JPG?

$JPG is designed for use within the JPG Store ecosystem. While its utility may evolve, it can currently be used for eligibility to earn Rebates on JPG Store. Users may also trade $JPG on supported platforms and partake in DeFi activities on the Cardano blockchain as you could with any Cardano native token.

Rebate Eligibility

  • Holding $JPG makes users eligible for rebates on JPG Store.

  • Users with at least 2.2K $JPG qualify for fee rebates on transactions.

  • Higher $JPG holdings grant larger fee reductions, with rebates reaching up to 100% for holders of 275K+ $JPG.


How Do I Get $JPG?

There are three main ways to acquire $JPG:

Convert XP into $JPG

  • Users with previously earned XP can convert it into $JPG. Follow our guide How to Convert XP to $JPG to find out more.

  • XP conversions follow platform-defined rates at the time of claim.

Purchase Directly from the JPG Store Website

  1. Go to JPG Store and connect your Cardano wallet.

  2. Hover over your Wallet Balance in the top right of the screen.

  3. In the dropdown menu, select "Swap tokens with DexHunter".

  4. The Get $JPG with DexHunter pop-up should now appear. Enter the amount of $JPG you want to purchase.

  5. Sign the transaction in your Cardano wallet

Buy or Trade on Supported Platforms

  • $JPG is available for trading on decentralized exchanges (DEXs). We recommend using Comet or Dexhunter for purchasing $JPG.

  • Users should always verify the official $JPG policy ID before trading to avoid scams.
