Understanding the Issue
In some cases, users may find that their NFT does not appear on JPG Store at all. This means:
The NFT is not visible on the collection page.
The asset does not appear in your JPG Store profile under My NFTs or Listings.
The asset’s page cannot be found when searching for it.
However, the NFT does exist on the Cardano blockchain. Users can confirm this by:
Checking a Cardano blockchain explorer like pool.pm or Cardanoscan.
Viewing the NFT on other Cardano dApps that support NFT collections.
Finding the minting transaction that confirms the NFT was successfully created.
This issue can affect individual assets or, in some cases, entire collections with hundreds or even thousands of missing NFTs.
Why Is My NFT Missing on JPG Store?
JPG Store continuously scrapes data from the Cardano blockchain to display NFTs. If your NFT is missing, it is likely due to:
A Processing Error – An issue occurred when JPG Store attempted to index your NFT from the blockchain.
Data Scraping Issues – Sometimes, the JPG Store system may fail to process an NFT correctly, causing it to be missed during indexing.
A Delayed Update – Newly minted NFTs may take a few minutes to appear while JPG Store processes new Cardano blocks.
Note: If your NFT was recently minted, allow some time for JPG Store to process the data before reporting the issue.
How to Fix a Missing NFT on JPG Store
Unfortunately, this issue cannot be resolved by users directly. Instead, you must contact JPG Store Support and provide the necessary details.
Step 1: Gather the Required Information
Before reaching out to support, collect the following details:
A link to the asset on a blockchain explorer like pool.pm or Cardanoscan.
The wallet address that holds the NFT and a note specifying which asset is missing.
If multiple NFTs from the same collection are missing, provide the Policy ID of the collection instead of individual asset links.
Step 2: Open a Support Ticket
To report the issue:
Visit the JPG Store Help Center.
Click on the support chat box in the bottom-right corner.
Provide the details gathered in Step 1 and describe the issue.
Submit your request to the support team.
Step 3: Allow Time for Resolution
The JPG Store support team will manually reprocess the missing NFT(s) to have them appear correctly on the marketplace. Response times may vary, but the team will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
