Unable to Accept Offers for Listed NFTs

Learn why you might encounter issues when accepting offers for NFTs listed on JPG Store and how to resolve them.

Why Can't I Accept Offers for My Listed NFTs?

JPG Store uses different smart contracts for listings and offers:

  • V3 Contract: Used for listing and buying NFTs.

  • V2 Contract: Used for offers and collection offers.

To accept an offer for an NFT currently listed on the V3 contract, the NFT must first be delisted from the V3 contract before the offer on the V2 contract can be accepted.

JPG Store supports automatic delisting and accepting offers in a single process. This action involves two separate blockchain transactions, but you will only need to sign one transaction in your wallet. However, certain wallets may experience errors during this automatic process.

Common Error Message

If your wallet cannot process the automatic delisting and offer acceptance, you may see this error message:

If you encounter this message, you can manually delist your NFT and then accept the offer. This article will guide you through the process.

Step-by-Step Solution

  1. Check Your Wallet Compatibility:

    • Modern wallets like Vespr, Lace, and Eternl typically handle the automatic delisting and offer acceptance process smoothly.

    • If you’re using an older or unsupported wallet, you might need to complete the process manually.

  2. Manually Delist the NFT:

    • Navigate to your profile on JPG Store and locate the listed NFT.

    • Select Delist to remove the NFT from the V3 contract.

    • Wait for the transaction to complete in your wallet.

  3. Accept the Offer:

    • After successfully delisting, return to the Offers section of your profile.

    • Locate the offer you want to accept and complete the transaction.

Additional Notes

  • Delisting and accepting offers are two distinct blockchain transactions, but with compatible wallets, they appear as one seamless action, requiring only a single signature.

  • Ensure your wallet is up-to-date to avoid compatibility issues.
