JPG Store operates on the Cardano, so cancelling an offer requires a blockchain transaction and a small ADA fee.
Before You Start
Make sure:
You are connected to the same wallet used to place the offer
You have enough ADA available to cover transaction fees
Your wallet extension is unlocked and ready to sign
How to Cancel a Single Offer
Step 1: Connect Your Wallet
Visit https://www.jpg.store
Click Connect Wallet in the top-right corner
Select your wallet (e.g. Vespr Wallet)
Approve the connection inside your wallet (If required)
Step 2: Go to Your Profile
Hover over your profile icon in the top-right corner
Select Profile
Navigate to the Offers tab
Then select the Sent tab
You will see a list of all offers that have not yet been accepted.
Step 3: Cancel the Offer
Find the offer you want to cancel
Click Actions
Select Cancel Offer
Approve the transaction in your wallet
Once the transaction confirms on-chain, the offer will be removed and the locked ADA will become available in your wallet again.
What Happens When You Cancel an Offer?
The offer no longer appears on the marketplace
Your locked ADA is returned to your wallet
A small network transaction fee is deducted
How to Cancel a Collection Offer
Step 1: Connect Your Wallet
Visit https://www.jpg.store
Click Connect Wallet in the top-right corner
Select your wallet (e.g. Vespr Wallet)
Approve the connection inside your wallet
Step 2: Go to Your Profile
Hover over your profile icon in the top-right corner
Select Profile
Navigate to the Offers tab
Then select the Collection Sent tab
You will see a list of all collection offers that have not yet been accepted.
Step 3: Cancel the Collection Offer
Find the collection that you placed the collection offer on
Click View Offers
Select Cancel Offers
Select the offers you wish to cancel then confirm the transaction.
Approve the transaction in your wallet
Once the transaction confirms on-chain, the offer will be removed and the locked ADA will become available in your wallet again.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
1. Cancel Button Not Visible
Cause:
Wrong wallet connected
Offer already accepted
Solution:
Reconnect the correct wallet
Refresh the page
2. Transaction Fails
Possible causes:
Insufficient ADA for fees
Wallet extension outdated
Network congestion on Cardano
Fixes:
Ensure you have enough ADA in your wallet
Restart your browser
Reconnect your wallet
Try again after a few minutes
3. Offer Already Accepted
If the seller accepted your offer before you cancelled it:
The NFT transfer process begins
The offer can no longer be cancelled
Check your transaction history to confirm whether the offer was executed.
4. “Inputs Exhausted” or UTXO Errors
If your wallet has many small UTXOs, cancellation may fail.
Possible solution:
Consolidate ADA by sending it to yourself in one transaction
Retry cancelling the offer
