If you have listed an NFT for sale on JPG Store marketplace, you can cancel your listing at any time, provided the NFT has not already been sold. During Restriction Mode, existing listings can still be purchased by buyers.
This guide walks you through:
Cancelling a single listing
Cancelling multiple listings (bulk cancellation)
Fixing common issues that may prevent cancellation
Before You Start
Make sure:
You are connected to the correct wallet (the same wallet used to create the listing).
You have a small amount of ADA available to cover transaction fees.
Your wallet is unlocked and ready to sign transactions.
How to Cancel a Single Listing
Step 1: Connect Your Wallet
Visit https://www.jpg.store
Click Connect Wallet in the top-right corner
Select your wallet (e.g. Vespr Wallet)
Approve the connection inside your wallet
Step 2: Go to Your Profile
Hover over your profile icon in the top-right corner
Select Profile
Navigate to the Listings tab
You will now see all of your currently active listings.
Step 3: Cancel the Listing
Find the NFT you want to cancel
Click Delist
Approve the transaction in your wallet
Once the transaction is confirmed on the Cardano blockchain, the listing will be removed from the marketplace.
What Happens When You Cancel a Listing?
The NFT is returned to your wallet’s available balance.
The NFT no longer shows as listed for sale on the marketplace.
You will pay a small network transaction fee.
How to Cancel Multiple Listings (Bulk Cancellation)
If you have multiple NFTs listed for sale, you may be able to cancel several at once using the bulk management tools.
Go to your Profile
Open the Listings tab
Select the Bulk delist option
Step 2: Select Multiple NFTs
Click the select button on the NFT's you want to delist
Once ready select the Bulk delist button again.
Step 3: Approve the Transaction
Review the total number of listings being cancelled
Confirm the action
Approve the transaction in your wallet
Depending on how many listings are included, the transaction fee may be slightly higher.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
If your listing does not cancel successfully, check the following:
1. Wallet Not Connected
Issue: Cancel button is disabled or not visible.
Solution: Reconnect your wallet and refresh the page.
2. Wrong Wallet Connected
Issue: You cannot see your listing.
Solution: Make sure you are connected to the same wallet address that originally created the listing.
3. Transaction Fails or Stuck
Possible causes:
Insufficient ADA for fees
Wallet extension not updated
Network congestion on Cardano
Fixes:
Ensure you have enough ADA for transaction fees
Restart your browser
Disconnect and reconnect your wallet
Wait for network conditions to improve
4. Listing Already Sold
If the NFT has already been purchased, it cannot be cancelled. Check your transaction history, wallet activity and blockchain explorer tools to confirm whether the sale has completed.
5. “Inputs Exhausted” or UTXO Errors
If your wallet has many small UTXOs, cancellation may fail due to fragmentation.
Possible solution:
Consolidate your UTXOs by sending ADA to yourself in a single transaction
Then retry the cancellation
Frequently Asked Questions
Does cancelling cost ADA?
Yes. Cancelling a listing requires a blockchain transaction, so a small network fee applies.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, as long as the NFT has not already been sold and the listing is still active.
How long does cancellation take?
The cancellation is processed once the transaction confirms on-chain. This typically takes a few minutes, depending on network conditions.
