Receiving ADA or Tokens in Comet
To receive ADA or tokens into your Comet wallet, you need to share your wallet's Cardano address with the sender. Follow these steps to find your receiving address:
Open the Comet app on your device.
Navigate to the Holdings tab.
Tap the Receive button.
Your wallet address will be displayed in both text and QR code format.
Tap Copy Address to copy it and share it with the sender.
Alternatively, the sender can scan your QR code to get your address.
Sending ADA or Tokens from Comet
To send ADA or tokens from your Comet wallet, follow these steps:
Open the Comet app and navigate to the Holdings tab.
Tap the Send button.
Enter the Cardano address of the recipient.
Select the amount of ADA or tokens you want to send.
You can send multiple tokens in a single transaction.
Tap Max to send your full available balance of a specific token.
After reviewing your transaction, swipe to send to confirm.
Your transaction will now be processed on the blockchain.
Note: Currently you can only send to a Cardano wallet receive address, you cannot send to an ADA handle.
Viewing your Transaction History
Once you've sent or received ADA or tokens, you can track your transaction history within your comet account:
Select the transaction history icon in the top right of the holdings page next to the settings icon
Select the Deposits/Withdrawals tab
Here you can view the information and history of all deposit or withdrawal transactions that have taken place from your comet account
