Can I specify the order # of which NFTs will come out? Example: can I assign a certain NFT to #0248?

You can add them to the Studio (just copying the image to a special folder), then add them to the collection in the order you want, and define the metadata each will have. On the generated screen you will see them in the positions (order) that you defined, being able to shuffle, filter properties, etc.
