When uploading your .JSON file/metadata inside the application from an outside source, please double check your assets/token to ensure they have the correct format or else the mint could result in a failed mint.

If your metadata is invalid, it will show you an error under the Status Bar inside the Asset Creation section under upload metadata. (you will need to hover over "invalid metadata" in order to see the errors)
