Uploading JSON/metadata from outside sourceWhen uploading your .JSON file/metadata inside the application from an outside source, please double check your assets/token to ensure they have the correct format or else the mint could result in a failed mint. If your metadata is invalid, it will show you an error under the Status Bar inside the Asset Creation section under upload metadata. (you will need to hover over "invalid metadata" in order to see the errors)

How to Edit Verified Collection InfoFor collections minted through JPG Store If you have previously created a collection through the JPG Store minting platform, you access and edit it by going to the “Creations” page on your profile and clicking “Edit Info” on the desired collection. For collections minted through other platforms Once a stake key has been connected to your collection following the steps mentioned above, you will be able to request an edit to the details of your collection by going into the “Creations” tab in your profile and clicking “Edit Info” on the desired collection.

How long does verification take?We aim to get all projects up in a timely manner. However, some factors may affect verification time. Mint date: We aim to get all projects up by their mint date. If you submitted a project that is launching several weeks or months into the future, we will review your submission closer to the launch date. If it is been over 48 hours before the JPG Listing Twitter has still not gotten back to you, please reach out to our Discord channel #support-ticket, and one of our team members will assist you.

What if my collection has several policy IDs?Our collection pages currently only support one policy ID each. If your collection has multiple policy IDs: Please submit a new form for each policy ID. Ensure that the names submitted are unique (you can use Collection Name - Part 1, Collection Name - Part 2 etc. to differentiate) or whatever naming convention you prefer. If your collection has a unique policy ID for each item: Unfortunately, we cannot verify your collection at this time as we do not support single-item collections.

Do I need to mint a royalty token to collect royalties?If you have a royalty token, we will follow what is stipulated in the token. If you do not have a royalty token and would like to collect royalties, please provide a wallet address and the amount of royalties you wish to collect in the form.

Can I change my royalty wallet address after my collection is verified?We cannot change your royalty wallet address after verification, as this could cause issues with listings. Please ensure that the wallet address you submit is a permanent one. If your collection has not been verified yet and you want to change your address, please reach out in our discord channel #support-ticket

Why do some items not show up in my collection?This may happen when a collection is newly minted, or the data needs to be scraped from the blockchain. Please create a support ticket in our Discord server, and our team can assist you with this.

How do I get trait filtering on my collection?Trait filtering should be enabled automatically if the metadata is formatted in a standardized way. If you believe your collection is missing trait filters or has them displayed incorrectly, please create a support ticket on our Discord server for our team to look into.

If using the JPG Studio generator are we minting using jpg.store?Yes, when you use the generator (aka JPG Studio), you will upload your .json file directly to your Creator's Dashboard to mint via JPG Store (this means you would have to create a Collection Creation (https://www.jpg.store/minting). From the dashboard, you're able to set your mint phases, fund distributions, collection info, etc..
