Notice: Social Login Wallets Closure

If you use a JPG Store social login wallet, you must transfer your NFTs, tokens, and ADA to a personal Cardano wallet before shutdown. Social login wallets will no longer be accessible after closure.

Updated this week

As part of the JPG Store shutdown process, social login wallets will be deprecated and will no longer be accessible through jpg.store after the final shutdown date.

If you created or used a JPG Store wallet via:

  • Google login

  • Email login

  • Other social authentication methods

you must transfer your assets to another Cardano wallet that you fully control.

JPG Store operates on the Cardano Blockchain. Standard wallets such as Vespr Wallet, Eternl Wallet, or Lace Wallet allow you to control your own private keys.

Important: What This Means

After shutdown:

  • ❌ You will not be able to log in to a JPG Store social wallet

  • ❌ You will not be able to access assets stored inside it via jpg.store

  • ❌ JPG Store will not maintain wallet access infrastructure

If you do not move your assets before the deadline, access may become permanently unavailable.

What You Need To Do

Step 1: Create or Prepare a Personal Cardano Wallet

If you do not already have one:

  1. Install a supported Cardano wallet (e.g., Vespr, Eternl, Flint)

  2. Create a new wallet

  3. Securely back up your recovery phrase offline

⚠️ Never share your recovery phrase with anyone.

Step 2: Log In to Your JPG Store Social Wallet

  1. Visit jpg.store

  2. Select the Login button

  3. Login with your social login wallet credentials

  4. Open your profile or portfolio

Confirm all NFTs, tokens, and ADA balances visible in your account.

Step 3: Send Assets to Your Personal Wallet

  1. Enter your Cardano wallet address that you wish to withdraw the contents of your social login wallet too

  2. Enter the amount of ADA to withdraw

  3. Select each of the NFT's and tokens in your wallet to send

  4. Select Withdraw funds

  5. Confirm and approve the transaction

How to Verify Assets Have Moved

After sending:

  • Check your personal wallet

  • Confirm NFTs and tokens appear

  • Verify ADA balance has updated

You can also verify transactions using a Cardano blockchain explorer such as:

  • Cardanoscan

  • Cexplorer

What If I Do Nothing?

If assets remain in a social login wallet after shutdown:

  • The wallet interface will no longer be available

  • JPG Store will not maintain login infrastructure

  • Asset recovery may not be possible

We strongly recommend transferring assets well before the final shutdown date.

If you experience issues transferring assets from a social login wallet, contact support via the chat widget on jpg.store and include:

  • Your social login email

  • Your wallet address

  • Transaction details (if applicable)

Moving your assets early ensures you retain full control after the platform closes.
